How do I join the Club? Go to the
KCYE web site at
http://www.kcye.com/ and click on the link to Club, then follow
the instructions to register by clicking on "Just Club to Enter" .
Please fill out as much information as you can - some of the fields are required.
And please... be honest... we'll ask you to verify the information when you redeem
points for rewards.
Do I need to purchase
anything to become a member? No, the program is entirely free.
Who are you going
to share this information with? This
information is given to us for the sole purpose of participating in
KCYE Club.
It will not be sold to anyone else or shared with any other party for any purpose
other than to administer this program.
I've forgotten the user name and/or password I used when I registered. Go to the menu you would use to log in, enter in your email address in the "Lost
Password" box. If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure to use the
address you used when you registered. That's the only way we can look up your
user name and password.
Once we've found it,
we'll send your username and password to that e-mail account.
Can I participate in the program on more than one computer? Yes, just make sure you are logged on to the computer
you want to earn points with. (You can't earn points simultaneously on both computers,
but it is possible to be logged-on to both at the same time.)
If
I share my computer with someone else, can we both participate in the program? Yes, but if you check auto-login in your profile they will not
be able to log in. If you share a computer, make sure you are logged in to the
right account each time to start streaming.
How
do I access and make changes to my personal profile and shipping address? First log into the club and click on "Edit my account information".
On the Edit My Info page you may change/update password, email, address, sex,
and zip. If you need to change your birthday or username please send an email
to
webmaster@bbgilv.com
I
am still having problems using the Club. Who do I contact? You
will need to send an email to the stations webmaster. CLICK
HERE to email them now.
I joined the Club,
but I have to log on each time I come to the site. What is the problem? This
means that the cookie from this site has not been set correctly. Log into your
account, click on "Edit my account information". Scroll towards the
bottom until you see "Auto log-in" select "Yes,...."and click
"update". If an error page pops up follow the instructions, on how to
set a cookie.
The
program won't accept my user name and password. If you've used "Lost
Password" section (see above), then be sure you are entering the name and
password exactly as they appear in the e-mail, including paying attention to whether
the letters are capitalized or not. Both user name and password are case sensitive,
meaning the program sees capital letters and lower case letters as different.
BARB, barb, and Barb are three different names to the program. I've
tried with the correctly spelled user name and password and I keep getting "Sorry,
this username and password are not correct".
If
you're sure the words are correct (including upper and lower case - see above),
then you may be having difficulty due to server overload. We've had an overwhelming
response to the program and we're working as hard and quickly as we can to expand
our capacity to handle everyone at the same time. However, occasionally our equipment
gets too many simultaneous requests and this is the result.
Please
wait a few minutes and try logging in again.
Quick
Fix
You
might need to clear your cache. Cache is a process that keeps track of what you
have been doing recently. It saves you processing time when you do repeat tasks.
But sometimes it gets overloaded. Click
Here for instructions on how to clear your cache for the most common browsers.
How
do I earn points? There
are several ways to earn points, most of which are listed on the left side of
your screen when you log in and click on "Points". You may also learn
of other opportunities via e-mail (be sure to check the e-mail account you gave
us when you registered), through messages displayed on
http://www.kcye.com/ , through referring
friends, and of course on-air announcements.
Are
there any daily point limits that I can earn? No, but some
sections will only let you get points once a day or once every five minutes. To
find out other ways to earn points click on the "Get Points" area.
Can
a friend and I pool our points together? No, we do not allow
for the pooling of points into one account.
How do I know if
I won an Auction/Sweepstake/Trade-In? If
you win, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of the close of the Auction/Sweepstake/Trade-In.
Is
there any limit to the number of Auctions or Sweepstakes I can win? Members
can win one Auction or Sweepstake, per 30-day period, per member.
How
do I enter a Contest? First choose a Contest you are interested
in entering (be sure that you are logged in so that you have access to the points
you have collected). Then hit the "Submit Entry" button.
I
have a question about the Auction/Sweepstake/Trade-In...who do I ask? Just

Can I participate in the program with my Mac? Yes, if you are a Macintosh
user, we welcome you to join the program. You are able to receive points through
secret codes, bonus sites, surveys, referrals, and use your points in our Auctions,
Sweepstakes and Trade-Ins.
What
kind of computer do I need to join the Club? The
Club will work on any PC connected to the Internet. The faster your machine,
the more memory, and the faster your Internet connection, the better response
time you will get when you log in
What
do I do if all else fails and I can't seem to get Club to work on my computer? Your system may have hardware conflicts, resource issues, memory leaks, corrupted
files or any one of a number of problems that prevent new programs from functioning
as intended. We recommend you save all your open files, shut down all programs
and restart your computer and try again.
